Thank you for visiting and shopping at WenNing Cosplay World. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time
• Made-to-Order & Handcrafted Items: Most of our high-quality props and cosplay helmets are individually handcrafted upon order. Standard processing and preparation time is 15–30 business days before dispatch.
• Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard Delivery Time: Generally 7–15 business days after dispatch depending on your location.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier peak seasons, or unforeseen weather events.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
• WenNing Cosplay World is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
• If you received your order damaged, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, take photos, and contact us immediately at berntsonschimmel43@outlook.com so we can file a claim or arrange a replacement.
