Return and Refund Policy

At WenNing Cosplay World, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your handcrafted props and cosplay items. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns
• We accept returns within 30 days of item delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Since many of our cosplay products are custom-made or made-to-order, customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process
• To initiate a return, please contact us at berntsonschimmel43@outlook.com with your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
• If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, defective, or damaged in transit).

4. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Damages and Issues
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at berntsonschimmel43@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
